Guru Consulting was founded by CEO Monica Naotala, RN in 2022. She has led in her roles as a Nurse-Leader, Associate Director, Director of Patient Care Services with expertise in startups, and Hospice Compliance Consulting. Monica heads the agency with a profound understanding of hospice standards on a state and federal level as a Certified ACHC Consultant.

We provide hospice consulting services to hospices of all sizes without judgement. Encompassing over 12 years of registered nursing experience with an emphasis in compliance and quality assurance. You will find security in the way we are able to anticipate the needs of your agency.
